Return & Exchange Guidelines
Timeframe: Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Final sale items (e.g., accessories, sale merchandise), swimwear, and lingerie are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Evening/wedding dresses are custom-made and only eligible for return if there's a quality issue.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email ccbig1@outlook.com for return authorization and detailed instructions.
  2. Prepare Your Package:
    • Include your original packing slip or order number.
    • Use our designated return address (do not return items to the sender's address).
  3. Ship Your Items: You're responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of receipt.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size/color (subject to availability) or replace defective/incorrect orders. Follow the return steps above and specify your exchange request.

Order Cancellations

  • Within 24 hours: Full refund available.
  • After 24 hours but before shipping: A 15% restocking fee applies.
  • After shipping: Cancellations are not possible; please follow our return process instead.

Reporting Quality Issues
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Email photos to ccbig1@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. We'll provide a prepaid return label and issue a replacement or full refund promptly.
